November 2019 - Weitere interne Workshops

Am 26. und 28. November wurden die nächsten internen Workshops mit Mitarbeitern des Zentrum für Ökonik und Ökosystemmanagement durchgeführt, um die MARISCO-Methodik weiter zu überarbeiten und die Funktionen für die geplante Software zusammenzustellen. Zeitgleich wurde bei verschiedenen Programmierern eine erste Meinung zur Machbarkeit der MARISCO-Software eingeholt. Die Entwürfe der überarbeiteten Methodik und der geplanten Software werden im weiteren Verlauf des Projektes vorgestellt.

MARISCO ist eine ökosystembasierte systemische Methodik, bei der das gesamte Ökosystem betrachtet wird in dem das zu beplanende Gebiet liegt. Das Ökosystem wird dabei als komplexes dynamisches System verstanden, in das weitere Systeme genestet sind. Der Mensch steht als Teil des Ökosystems im Mittelpunkt der Betrachtung. Bisher hat MARISCO 4 Phasen: von der Konzeptentwicklung mit Managementvision (I) über die Problemanalyse (II) weiter zur Strategiebildung und Evaluierung (III) bis hin zur Umsetzung inkl. Monitoring und operativer Planung (IV).

Am 28. November fand ein erstes Treffen an der Hochschule für nachhaltige Entwicklung Eberswalde (HNEE) mit Herrn Berhorn von der Stiftung NaturSchutzFonds Brandenburg und Herrn Krone vom Wasser- und Bodenverband "Finowfließ" zu den möglichen Fallstudiengebieten im Projekt statt. Es sollen drei FFH-Gebiete in Brandenburg ausgewählt werden, in denen die Software sowie die erweiterte und überarbeitete Methodik angewendet werden sollen.

November 2019 - further internal workshops

On November 26 and 28, the next internal workshops with employees of the Centre for Econics and Ecosystem Management were conducted to further revise the MARISCO methodology and to put together the functions for the planned software. At the same time, various programmers were requested to give an initial opinion on the feasibility of the MARISCO software. The drafts of the revised methodology and the planned software will be presented in the further course of the project.

MARISCO is an ecosystem-based systemic methodology that looks at the entire ecosystem in which the area to be planned is located. The ecosystem is understood as a complex dynamic system in which other systems are nested. Humans are the focus of attention as part of the ecosystem. So far, MARISCO has 4 phases: from concept development with management vision (I) to problem analysis (II) to strategy formation and evaluation (III) to implementation including monitoring and operational planning (IV).

On November 28, a first meeting took place at the University for Sustainable Development Eberswalde (HNEE) with Mr. Berhorn from the Foundation NaturSchutzFonds Brandenburg and Mr. Krone from the water and soil association "Finowfließ" on the possible case study areas in the project. Three FFH areas in Brandenburg are to be selected in which the software as well as the extended and revised methodology are to be applied.
